About this coloring page
Who says a ghost has to be white? Let your child pick a “ghost color” first — pale blue, lilac and mint all look lovely — and fill the whole body in one go. The big shape is perfect for practicing even, side-to-side strokes without pressing too hard.
Make the night sky dark (navy or deep purple) so the ghost really glows, then add bright yellow stars and soft gray clouds. Leave a tiny white spot in each eye for sparkle.
Things to talk about
- What is the ghost’s name, and who is it waving at?
- Is this a shy ghost or a silly ghost? How can you tell from its face?
- Where does a friendly ghost go on Halloween night?
Coloring tips for parents & teachers
- Print on regular paper for crayons and colored pencils, or thicker paper for markers.
- Younger kids? Let them color the big shapes first, then add details together.
- Free for home and classroom use — print as many copies as you need.
