About this coloring page
Bones don’t have to be plain white! Kids love making a “glow-in-the-dark” skeleton with neon green or bright yellow bones on a dark background. Another fun option is rainbow bones, one color per body part.
This page is also a sneaky little science lesson: point out the skull, ribs, arm and leg bones as your child colors them. Shoes in a bold color give the dancer some style, and the stars can be colored as disco lights.
Things to talk about
- What music is the skeleton dancing to?
- Can you find the ribs? Touch your own ribs — how many can you feel?
- Can you copy the skeleton’s dance move?
Coloring tips for parents & teachers
- Print on regular paper for crayons and colored pencils, or thicker paper for markers.
- Younger kids? Let them color the big shapes first, then add details together.
- Free for home and classroom use — print as many copies as you need.
