SketchStep ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SketchStep mobile application and the sketchsteps.com website (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

SketchStep does not require you to create an account to use the app. We do not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifiable personal information through the app. We may automatically collect device type and model, operating system version, app version and performance data, crash logs, and approximate region (not precise location).

Advertising

The app may use third-party advertising services to display ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission where required. Subscribers on a paid plan do not see ads.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, and payment processing via the Apple App Store and Google Play. These providers may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Your drawing progress is generally stored locally on your device. Where a feature requires uploading content to our servers, that content is retained only as long as necessary to provide the feature.

Children's Privacy

SketchStep is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. See our Delete Account / Data page for details on how to exercise this right.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
