These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SketchStep mobile application and the sketchsteps.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by SketchStep ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may be offered through optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the respective app store — see our Support page for cancellation instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its lessons, design, and content, is owned by SketchStep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

User Content

If the Service allows you to upload or submit content (such as a drawing), you retain ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the feature you used it for.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SketchStep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
