About this coloring page
Aliens can be any color — green is the classic, but a pink, blue or purple alien is just as fun. Keep the dome light blue so it looks like glass, and give the saucer a metallic gray with bright colored lights around the rim.
The alien planet below has strange spotted plants and faceted rocks. Use colors you wouldn’t see on Earth — purple grass, orange plants, turquoise rocks — and fill the sky with stars and patterned planets.
Things to talk about
- What is the alien’s name, and where does it come from?
- What would you say if you met an alien?
- What would plants look like on another planet?
Coloring tips for parents & teachers
- Print on regular paper for crayons and colored pencils, or thicker paper for markers.
- Younger kids? Let them color the big shapes first, then add details together.
- Free for home and classroom use — print as many copies as you need.
